Computomarx
Track Club
The Computomarx
Track Club is a USA Track & Field Competitive Club registered in
the Missouri Valley Association. The Club was founded to provide
coaching and competitive opportunities for Elite and Emerging Elite
post collegiate athletes in central Missouri. The Club is coached
by Dr. Wayne T.
Armbrust, who is a theoretical physicist with over 40 years experience
coaching at the National and International level, and is a Level III
USATF Registered Coach. Coach Armbrust has coached A Standard
athletes in all event groups in his long career including one Olympian,
one member of a World Championship Team, two National Champions,
one NCAA Champion, and many USATF and Olympic Trials qualifiers.
The Computomarx Track club has applied for inclusion in the USA Track
& Field Elite
Development Club (EDC) Program. The EDC Program is intended to
support USATF's efforts to develop nationally and internationally
competitive athletes by increasing and enhancing the number of
year-round training environments available to post-scholastic and
post-collegiate U.S. athletes. The "Elite Development Club"
designation identifies clubs with the commitment, resources, and record
of providing significant assistance to these athletes, thereby making
it easier for the athletes to continue high-level, competitive
involvement in track and field.
If you are a post collegiate athlete looking for a club, or if you are
a collegiate about to graduate and are serious about continuing your
career in the sport of athletics, you are invited to contact the Club
